My goal is to unify fragmented experiences both online and offline

  • I first learned about User-Experience during my freshman year. What intrigued me was the idea that design is not about making unique and radical innovations, it’s about looking at existing products and creating something radical because of people’s pain points.

  • This inspired me to pursue User Experience Design at the New York University for my undergraduate degree where I was awarded Magna Cum Laude.

  • After college, I worked at the biggest Telecom company in the Philippines, PLDT. Here, I learned business acumen as a project manager where I lead several teams across Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and IT to develop a customer portal and an e-commerce platform.

  • Currently, I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering to gain proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and UX Design.
