Build-Your-Own-Bundle Concept for PLDT (Figma)

  • PLDT’s current data shows a 78% drop off in the new application process after the address confirmation step. We found that the 10-step process requires numerous information from the customer that is not necessarily required. There was also a point system that confused customers, thinking that they would be rewarded for uploading the necessary documents.

  • Streamlined the flows into 3 steps where the customer information was gathered in an accordion-style drop down for visibility on what steps are required from them. Additionally, included add-ons to cross-sell other products from PLDT to purchase alongside the internet plan.

  • Next Upgrade is a start-up subsidiary of PLDT which started as a blog and then introduced an e-commerce site that focused on selling smart home devices. First conceptualized in early 2023 then soft launched in March 2024, we reached target sales by the end of Q4 of 2024. At the beginning of 2025, we explored enhancing the UI for the platform.

  • I worked with the Next Upgrade team and successfully launched their first website. Though currently the design is still in its first launch phase, I left the team with templates for the future UI of the platform.

Bank and Budgeting App

  • As part of my UX class, I came up with the concept of a gamified banking and budgeting app. Inspired by the dependence of e-wallets due to the pandemic, I wanted a way to encourage people to save money through their e-wallet while centralizing their banking needs.

  • Created a high-fidelity prototype that showcased four essential features: the homepage featuring their current saving goals and past transactions, a savings page to create new goals, a bills payment and money sending page, and a rewards page to encourage users to keeps using the platform.

    This app is designed to be integrated by an existing online bank. The inner workings of which I learned at an internship I did in the summer of 2021 at the Banking Solutions company, Grover.
